I started niryoga because the existing yoga retreat content online is dishonest. Most retreat guides are written by operators promoting their own programs, marketplaces taking commission on bookings, or travel bloggers paid for placement. Reading them, I could never tell which retreats were real and which were marketing. So I built the resource I wish I’d had. I’m not a certified yoga teacher. I’m a practitioner who has spent four serious retreats in Rishikesh and one in Kerala, plus eight years building digital businesses through my company Zenux Softech. niryoga is the side project that emerged when I realised how badly Western travellers needed honest, brand-agnostic guidance on choosing retreats.
